Treatment Results

Afsa Medspa practices the latest , result driven minimally-invasive aesthetic treatments by experienced, certified practitioners. We do our best to achieve highest outcomes for our guests and provide all the required information to address their expectations. However, the results are individual based and different and there is no guaranty for client satisfaction. Some clients, may need additional treatments to get the desired outcome. In this case, client is responsible for additional charges.

Cancellations

A credit card number is required to book an appointment. All credit cards on file are added to our online booking system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remain secure. Due to our highly personalized treatment experience, we require 24-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellation with less than the 24-hour notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling of appointment is subject to availability. In case of “No show”, $100 will be charged.

Refunds and Returns

We do not accept refunds for treatments and products. In the rare cases of dissatisfaction with the experience, guests can contact our clinic to find out if a follow-up appointment might relieve the concerns.

Rights

Every guest is loved and specially treated as VIP. However, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason to keep high standards of our practice.
Afsa Medspa makes some changes to policies ,in a timely manner. All these updates are shared in the website or social media platforms. We reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
